Welcome to TasteSee, LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online food ordering service for take-out and pick-up at Mega Asian Night Market, available Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Online Orders Only: Orders must be placed through our official website or designated online platform. We do not accept orders via phone, email, or social media.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. This confirmation serves as proof of your order.

Order Modifications: Changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order. Contact us at 813-252-0898 for assistance.

Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for errors in orders placed by customers.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.]. Cash payments are not accepted for online orders. In-Person we do accept Venmo. 

Prepayment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and fees, if applicable, will be added to the total.

Pick-Up Location: Orders must be picked up at Mega Asian Night Market Booth C9. Look for our booth or TasteSee signage.

Pick-Up Time: Orders will be ready for pick-up at the time specified during checkout. Please arrive on time to ensure food quality.

Late Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your order within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, contact us. Unclaimed orders may be discarded, and refunds will not be issued.

ID Verification: You may be required to show your order confirmation (email or SMS) and a valid ID to collect your order.

Food Preparation: All food is prepared fresh to order. Please allow adequate time for preparation.

Allergens: While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform us at the time of ordering.

Consumption: Food is intended for immediate consumption. We are not responsible for any issues arising from delayed consumption or improper storage.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placement. After this time, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect order, unavailability of items). Refunds will not be provided for late pick-up, customer dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances.

Food Safety: We adhere to strict food safety standards. However, we are not liable for any illness or allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our food.

Lost or Stolen Orders: We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen after they have been collected.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, power outages, or vendor issues.

Personal Information: We collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, contact details, payment information) solely for the purpose of processing your order. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Data Security: We use secure systems to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
